Not full work from home, when changing or adding to people’s pay due to compression or cost of living changes they take forever to even attempt

Very flexible schedule with ability to work from home if your performance meets the standard.

Software is out of date and not efficient. Those in charge of training new techs still have questions as well so you don’t always get proper training and/or the correct answer. The software that instructs you how to work a claim does not always make sense which makes it harder to meet productivity standards.

Initial pay is on the low end, however there's the ability for promotions.

Terrible supervisors. You will be tied to a phone/desk at all times. When I decided to leave they refused to pay out my pto that had been scheduled and approved. Then they sent a letter saying I owed them money 2 months after I left. Outrageous. So glad I left that place.

Competitive compensation for the role with a solid benefits package for medical and dental. Time off policy is average for similarly sized companies, but it is split between PTO and a sort of flex time. Diversity programs are solid with lots of targeted outreach. Allows for fully remote work on my role and many others. Excellent work life balance in place. No expectation of being always plugged in. Direct management is responsive and engaged.

On boarding process was less than stellar. Started as contract and converted to full time. Conversion took place over the Xmas Holiday window, and the background check took exceptionally long to complete. There was minimal HR staff to follow up with on this. IT/User setup for converted employees could have gone smoother as there were a few hiccups in the transition. New Employee orientation was a little long and could be better tailored to subsidiary employees.
