Most design is outsourced (if facility engineer) or comes from client (if product engineer). As a Faciltiies Engineer, you are more of a glorified technician/project coordinator/technician manager depending on how you handle projects. Although a great learning opportunity for an intern, I would not want to work here as an engineer full-time since you are expected to get your hands dirty sometimes.

The upper leadership from the director and up do a pretty good job in humiliating employees. They don’t treat people right and don’t show any appreciation. The operation manager gets the blame for everything and if you bring forth reasons for manufacturing delays it’s looked at as excuses. Additionally implementing improvements take forever at sloth pace because everyone is being overworked and every thing is a priority
