Flexible work from home schedules

If you are a new employee here, you better come with all the knowledge needed to do your job because NOBODY here will take you under their wing and show you anything. You are expected to learn everything on your own. Policies and procedures are not documented, everyone talks to you like you should already know the answers to your questions, management is constantly dropping projects into your lap with little or no explanation. This is the worst company I have ever worked for in terms of training and new employee onboarding. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Close to home and decent pay

HR completely out of touch with reality, no forgiveness for any mistakes and treat their employees with total and complete disrespect! The reports against supervision for sexual harassment, favoritism (creating a hostile work environment) and straight up bullies are rarely/never addressed!
