In our team, i believe growth is quite slow. Most often than not, it will take awhile before you progress into next grade level.

- Sustainability activities - Company promotes diversity - There are a lot of communities (sports, gaming, talents etc) - Hybrid work - Ok salary and compensation packages Location: The company has two offices: One in BGC and one in Makati. Based on your work, you may be assigned to either one of the location.

- Working on IT, there is not a lot of "Team building" activities. - Not a lot of freedom when it comes to technology stack. This is expected since ING is a bank that values security and stability. - Role expectation is not clearly defined specially for new roles. - Leads / line managers are categorized the same as senior engineers with the exact same benefits and compensation but more responsibilities and expectations.

Very flexible work schedule - we only had to go to the office when our manager required it. There were a lot of nice perks like free coffee in the building and even sleeping pods, which made long days easier. The work environment was relaxed and supportive overall.

As the only intern on the team, I had to handle more tasks than expected. Some of the responsibilities were outside my original scope, including creating daily publicity materials, shooting and editing videos, and managing event documentation and photography. It was a bit overwhelming at times.
