Ran like a dictatorship. The business leader who runs my business unit Martin Wilson is shocking. Doesn’t know what he’s talking about for one. But also he fails to inspire or lead people into driving for the best. Hence the reason why KAN hasn’t moved on since he joined and there are a lot of good people leaving because there face doesn’t fit. Nepotism is high in KAN.
