I have been with the engg team here for 3 yrs, and it's been a great experience. The team culture is collaborative. Engg teams are innovative and usually ahead of the curve in many areas such as AI, ML, etc. Engg leadership provides good opportunities for contributing and learning new skills. Company is also transparent and open about almost all the information. Work-life balance is good since there is culture around planning things for quarterly or half-yearly. Overall it's a great place for engineers..

Relatively fewer employee benefits compared to other indian startups. Compensation is not competitive.

-Good compensation -Benefits are okay, not bay area competitive -Hybrid ( 3x in office)

-The T&S dept does not follow company values -Currenrly leadership is not experienced in T&S and so whatever legal says is done. T&S is really Legal Operations (the operations arms of Legal) -Toxis T&S leadership (a lot of talking negatively behind a direct reports back, manager saying do X and then in large groups settings says why did you do that, person gets in trouble for not chasing down enough management for help after several messages) -T&S and Legal leadership does not have diversity in though process and ideas so they are looking for yes men. -T&S and Legal leadership make direct reports afraid. -T&S management (VP and Manager) do have a growth mindset.

- Need to be comfortable with some degree of ambiguity and volatility - Can have better benefits

- Engineering team has been set up well in both APAC and Americas - Engineering processes are well-defined and are generally adhered to - Major outages are rare; reviews are thorough, and coding guidelines are strongly enforced - Engineers are encouraged to participate in book clubs and tech conferences - There is a strong push to leverage AI tools to boost productivity - Engineers are generally given access to any AI tool they'd like to experiment with - Most engineers are talented, enthusiastic, pragmatic, and very helpful - Engineering leadership is probably the most empathetic towards employee concerns in the organisation and usually makes attempts to fix problems that are raised - Teams (including product, design, QA, and dev) are consciously co-located in the same timezone, which makes life easier for everyone
