      The purpose is great, good benefits as well.

      The organization at the time could've been better. They were also overly attached to outdated practices and had a reactive rather than proactive approach to problem-solving.

      - Good culture - Remote work - Supportive Manager

      Cons

      - Bad pay, lower than living requirements for the area. - No real chance at career advancement. Goal post constantly shifting and new requirements are always being added, - Overworked manager due to layoff of supervisor's under them. - Yearly (sometimes more) sweeping layoffs. - Bad benefits - Bloated goal system that demands too much of overworked employees, - Goal system changes every year (or more) but somehow stays complicated. - Constant reshuffling of departments to different directors. - Not enough employees so we are forced to take on the work of others. - No real raise despite being told we had record profits last year.

      Steady Paycheque a lot of relaxing time to read or color

      Cons

      Low pay, meh benefits, and slow upward mobility. You're not getting rich, and climbing the ladder feels like scaling Everest Upper management drama. Very Abusive and cliquish Random Layoffs and shifting workloads. Chaos guaranteed. Post-venture capital takeover, things got colder.

      Low pay, low benefits, high pressure, great boss

      My boss was great, very helpful and responsive to questions and always shared info and trained freely.

      Cons

      Low pay, too much work, high pressure, dead end job, no way to move up, people quit often, and when they do, their job is eliminated and all their work is distributed on the remaining employees, all mid level and upper managers were fired a year ago by the new owners and replaced with people who have zero experience in the field, and the new managers also have unrealistic expectations, and lastly, everyone in HR was suddenly fired last year.
