      Pros

My boss was great, very helpful and responsive to questions and always shared info and trained freely.

      Cons

Low pay, too much work, high pressure, dead end job, no way to move up, people quit often, and when they do, their job is eliminated and all their work is distributed on the remaining employees, all mid level and upper managers were fired a year ago by the new owners and replaced with people who have zero experience in the field, and the new managers also have unrealistic expectations, and lastly, everyone in HR was suddenly fired last year.

      Pros

      - Good culture - Remote work - Supportive Manager

      Cons

      - Bad pay, lower than living requirements for the area. - No real chance at career advancement. Goal post constantly shifting and new requirements are always being added, - Overworked manager due to layoff of supervisor's under them. - Yearly (sometimes more) sweeping layoffs. - Bad benefits - Bloated goal system that demands too much of overworked employees, - Goal system changes every year (or more) but somehow stays complicated. - Constant reshuffling of departments to different directors. - Not enough employees so we are forced to take on the work of others. - No real raise despite being told we had record profits last year.

Employer won’t pay a livable wage

      Pros

Coworkers are mostly kind and are understanding. We are all going through the same thing. Also the cafeteria has really tasty food.

      Cons

**This review has been edited after receiving correct information from Intrado in the response below** No matter how many times employees ask and bring it up, there is no cost of living adjustment in pay in sight. I make about as much as someone starting a job at a fast food restaurant. It seems the only ones who make a livable wage at this company are those working in management. They talk about how profitable we’ve been lately yet no pay raises, besides the approximate 10-15 cent raise I received last year (can’t remember exactly how much it was). I thought upper management got monthly bonuses, but I’ve been informed that is not the case, so I’m retracting it. I will say I’ve never gotten a bonus. Intrado keeps adding more days that we need to work in the office rather than working from home when nearly every department is capable of working full remote, like we were not long ago, for a few years straight. It seems upper management works from home, because in meetings they’re always at home, though I’m not 100% sure. If you live within a certain radius of the office (30 mile radius), you’re expected to go in. But they continue to hire people who live in other states/countries who are full-remote doing the same jobs. Most of us have children that we prefer to see more often rather than be in the office 3 days a week, especially since the only reason we’re expected in the office is to “collaborate”. They may not know or understand this, but the collaboration is the same for me and everyone I’ve talked to whether we’re in the office or at home, thanks to Microsoft Teams. CEO basically says if you don’t like it, bye! CEO is also INCREDIBLY unprofessional. I have never met someone who acts like he does. After a company-wide meeting called “Ask Us Anything”, which they gave us only 5 minutes to ask questions and only answered select ones, people were upset and asked their questions anyways in the Ask Us Anything chat. The CEO didn’t like the livable wage and work-from-home questions everyone was asking, so he private messaged MANY employees and basically backed them into a corner to force them to apologize to him, because you are obviously not going to one-on-one argue with the CEO. Absolutely unhinged thing to do. This company does not care about their employees. Work keeps being added to multiple different departments without any type of correlating pay increase. Would not recommend working here. Go to one of the competitors, where they offer more pay and they work fully remote doing the exact same job. Also insurance is insanely expensive and cuts deep into our already terrible pay.

There are several items raised so we’ll work to address them as well as possible, and encourage you to reach out to HR@intrado.com to further discuss your concerns. Pay: We have completed an annual pay increase cycle annually, including recently in October of 2023. Upper management does not receive monthly bonuses. Hybrid work: As an organization going through a transformation, we believe the energy and culture created when we’re together is critical to our success. Certain employees whose roles have been identified as benefitting from collaboration, who live within a 30 mile radius of our office, have been asked to come into the office three days a week – regardless of level of employee. We do have several team members who are fully remote who don’t fall into those categories. We see value in both in person collaboration and remote work and expect to continue to have both. Employee Feedback: We welcome and encourage employee feedback, and have several forums to receive it including our monthly town hall calls. Any employees who are concerned with approach are encouraged to reach out to their manager or HR@intrado.com. As we navigate through a period of transformation, we remain focused on achieving our critical mission and vision and driving employee engagement. Thank you for your feedback.
