      Pros

The company offers competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and performance bonuses, ensuring employees are well compensated for their work.

      Cons

This can sometimes lead to a challenging work-life balance, especially in roles that require constant communication with international teams in different time zones.

      Pros

I guess the benefits are good. I didn't use them much because my wife's were better.

      Cons

Now, I don't know if this was just the San Antonio Phone site or if this is an issue they have nationally, but this had to have been one of the worst job environments that I have ever been in. Training was abhorrent, providing zero help when you finally started in production. Management had no idea what was going on. They would tell you one thing, and then it turned out to be wrong the next week. Promotions didn't make any sense. Recruiters say that you can move up to all these different positions, but that turned out to be a blatant lie; there were very few positions that you could move to. Recruiters also said that you work from home 40% percent of the time, and then the CEO says that's not actually a thing, and you will need to start coming in. The pay is extremely low; it felt like the only reason they had a site in San Antonio was to take advantage of the high percentage of migrants who don't know that other firms offer better benefits and pay. Then, when they get them licensed, they require them to stay with the company for 2 years; otherwise, they owe their licensing expenses back. They expect you to get people connected to their Personal Advising group, and they don't incentivize you to do so. If you get a bunch of referrals, you get a crisp high five and an email sent out to the rest of the firm saying you did well. If I am making money for the firm, then I want a cut just like the majority of other financial firms. I didn't gain anything from this company other than a few extra dollars. I wouldn't wish this job on anyone.

Limited discretion because of lot of red tapes and controls in place, no company sponsored foods or snacks for CCB retail employees, a lot of things are at BM hands, so if your BM likes you, you get a lot of businesses, fast promotion, and less micro management.
