What is the application process like for JPMorganChase?

I'm not making this very long so here's here's the bullet points. It pays great comparatively. They offer paid maternity leave and company match 401k up to 6%. That's it.

They blatantly disregard the ADA and retaliate. You have to sign an arbitration agreement at application so you can't do anything about it. No room for advancement. Greedy CEO. Retaliation. Need I continue?
