Pros
This position offers a steady employment opportunity. As a new comer, I noticed that lots of people here, especially admins, have been working here for a very long time. This tells me, that even for those here for over 20 years, the work life balance is great, the pay is good, and the benefits are awesome. I've known this to be true in my year of working here as well.
Cons
Remote-work is not part of the admin culture. The teams here need in office support - that's where most of the work stems from. Not necessarily a con unless you are looking for a remote/hybrid opportunity.
