Sadly the whole organization is faltering. It is controlled by AI and incompetent management that pays their workers far too little and charges companies double what the temps get. New management has made it abismal to book work from them and false reports are rampant. There is no quality control or Human Rescources Department to get in touch with HR. They are not diverse in their hiring practices and show favoritism to less qualified employees. Enter at your own risk!!

Collaborating with talented individuals has been a great learning and satisfying experience Distributed team collaboration. The company has effective collaboration tools and practices in place. Regular virtual meetings and communication channels keep everyone connected and productive. The culture is supportive and inclusive. Colleagues and managers are approachable, transparent and willing to help, which provides a collaborative work atmosphere.

No specific cons. There can be noticeable turnover, but this can be common in a fast pace tech startup.

Everyone is very friendly and work is not that hard

There is absolutely no structure. You are on your own the entire time and will be blamed for things that are out of your control as management doesn't have your best interests at heart. If you don't come in and close immediately, you will be let go regardless of anything. An extremely toxic environment, and very high turnover rate.

Remote, good original team, MacBook offered

New management lacks experience and clear goals. Bad product and work tools. Revenue comes from somewhere else, so it's impossible to sell the software.

Great when starting out there. Now a run by senior managers trying to keep their positions. I got paid to work there.

Standard start-up business where no checks and balances are made to the senior management team, resulting in significant loss, month after month, and the outcome being lower level employees are let go to, "reduce costs". Preaching transparency and their core values, whilst actively lying and being shady to everyone in the process. Avoid this 7 year old start-up.

I feel constantly stimulated and excited about the projects we undertake. Transparency: The company excels in maintaining a high level of transparency. Communication is open and clear, keeping everyone informed about important decisions and developments. This openness fosters a sense of trust and teamwork. Great Management: The management team is exceptional. They provide strong leadership and vision, guiding us through challenges with ease. Their support and encouragement create an environment where innovation thrives and everyone feels valued.

Honestly, I can't think of any significant downsides at this time.

Warning don’t work for this company they are terrible especially when you tell them you have disabilities they are terrible they will pause your account until you get a signed accommodation letter from your doctor and when they get your accommodation letter they will wipe your entire account no matter if you had the highest pay rate they will start you from scratch all the way to the beginning and they will not give you your money for referrals when they are supposed to you will never get it and they consumer service is terrible and there’s no consistent work on this app and the costumer service is awful and ever since they switched over management this company has gone down hill and they don’t care about your feelings they only care about the clients thoughts and feelings and feedback and you can go all the way to a shift and not know where you’re going and some of the shifts require QR code to clock in and out and you have to track down the managers and if they are not there you are done I recommend don’t join this company!!
