What are perks and other benefits like at Justworks?

Justworks does a good job creating a genuinely supportive and collaborative environment. People are approachable, and there’s a noticeable emphasis on helping employees succeed, not just perform. Leadership communicates regularly and makes an effort to keep teams informed about company direction. The work itself feels meaningful, especially if you care about supporting small businesses. There are also solid benefits and a level of flexibility that makes day-to-day work manageable.

Like many growing companies, priorities can shift and not everything is always perfectly defined. Some teams may experience periods where processes are still being figured out, which can slow things down. Career growth paths can vary depending on the team and manager, so it may require some initiative to navigate.

There are some really great people who work here, and the benefits (insurance, PTO, etc.) are nice.

For being an established company, it feels like no one is truly clear on the direction or path forward. Being in sales feels like it is mostly a lot of luck when succeeding/doing well - and with some of the more recent changes to how we are allowed to outbound, it feels like it is nearly impossible to build your pipeline without partners who are feeding you leads. There is a lot of focus on vanity metrics, and there is a feeling that being someone's favorite will get you much farther along than actual talent.

While most tech companies are pulling back benefits and perks Just Works is still providing a really good place to work. The managers are nice and the company is very well organized.

Hybrid schedule. While it’s only 2 days in office giving the option of only 1 day would be better.
