The company was good until a new zone manager came in named Milagro Roman, absolute worst manager ever, had it out for me and fired me. She absolutely does not belong in her position.

Needs better management, do not put people in charge who cannot handle their position and do their job fairly

Everything! Insurance is HIGH and company has very high turnover.
