Good benefits, friendly coworkers, relaxed office environment.

I would not recommend working for this company due to significant issues with leadership and organization. There is a clear culture of favoritism, where certain employees are given opportunities and benefits that others are not. Leadership avoids addressing real issues or holding people accountable. The company does not invest in all of the departments/employees. There is no meaningful training or career development, leaving associates to figure things out on their own without support. In the marketing department especially, the lack of leadership and organization makes it difficult to succeed. If you're looking for a company with strong leadership, clear policies, and a commitment to developing and supporting its team, look elsewhere.

Kairoi really works to pour into the development of their associates, whether it's for their career or personally. The people in the corporate office really do feel like old friends who you get to connect with daily, Associates get access to their PTO 60 days into their role, there are some remote opportunities, and the rest of their benefits suite can be appealing.

Excellent benefits and work-life balance initiatives. Opportunities for advancement and recognition are consistently available. Management truly cares about employee well-being and professional growth.

The fast-paced environment can feel demanding, but that’s just the nature of the property management industry—and it also keeps the work dynamic and rewarding.

The company really seems to care about values and helping everyone succeed. The benefits are really good.

The Culture and Leadership are incredible! I have never felt so see and heard by a company! People here are so willing to pitch in and help in times of need and celebration!

I wish the PTO policy was better and benefits were so expensive.

Incredible leadership + support, growth opportunities, work-life balance, benefits, great people, etc. I work on the corporate level, but have also discussed/experienced similar satisfaction with on-site associates. This company truly represents its core values. They are people-first!
