Pros
Lido has a great company culture. Everyone in the office is genuinely supportive, willing to help, and enthusiastic. At Lido, I have found it easy to learn about not only my role, but several other roles in various departments. It is really a team effort at Lido.
Lido is a place where you can learn a lot and grow fast.
Cons
Not too many cons from my point of view. Sometimes, however, you might have to take on your next roles responsibilities prior to being promoted.
