What is the hiring process like at Lineage?

      run for the hills

      Marketing specialist
      Former employee
      Novi, MI
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

The recruiting and hiring process was quick.

      Cons

Leadership is not helpful, only worried about themselves. If they don't like you they won't invest time into helping you succeed and then make it seem like it was your fault. There are some smart people, but they are few and far between.

      Director of operations
      Former employee
      Long Beach, CA
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

The only company I know willing to invest in their employees

      Cons

New initiative to hire college grads with no real world experience as leaders in the company.
