if you like to have more off days, and don't mind working longer hours during your duty days.
Cons
the micromanaging culture there is serious, no breaks given during the 7 hours between lunch towards the end of shift, didn't properly follow schedules to allocate reasonable amount of tasks to employees, always try to squeeze in more tasks whenever there's free time, overwhelming the employee. toilet break is at most 10 minutes. Less truthful when writing reviews for subordinates.
