      Pros

Loopio is in the business of RFPs and has an exciting product evolution that is leveraging modern tech, including AI, being leveraged to make the insights and tools most impactful. The company is focused on a brand and product refresh - lots of investments in product/eng and HR to drive this forward. It's an exciting time.

      Cons

Overall, no major cons. The only ones I can see are the negative posts here, as they are not representative of the welcoming and collaborative culture that defines Loopio. Employees have awesome benefits and flexibility and an exciting path forward. Leadership is thoughtful and employee-centric - those are the defining elements of working here 💜💪

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you appreciate the flexibility and work-life balance that our PTO policies and remote work provide. I'm sorry to hear that you've experienced challenges in your employee experience. I know we've experienced a lot of change over the last year, but we remain committed to building a supportive culture, with competitive and differentiated benefits. We also heard your feedback about annual meetups (which was shared by many Loopers), and we hosted our annual Base Camp earlier this year. If you have specific ideas or experiences you'd like to share, I’d welcome the opportunity to hear from you directly. Please feel free to reach out. -Zak

      Pros

The mid level managers are great. Good benefits

      Cons

The C level suite has lost the plot. The focus on AI and doing more with less is too much. They focused on innovating which is creating more problems instead of fixing the base issues. The C level team should use the product to understand its issues and why the company is failing.

Your feedback on leadership direction and product focus is noted, and it’s helping inform how we refine and communicate our strategy. As we continue to evolve, including our investments in AI and innovation, our goal is to balance forward-looking improvements with strengthening the core product experience. We recognize the importance of getting that balance right and ensuring our teams feel confident in the direction we’re heading. Thank you again for sharing your perspective. Pros

      - Remote work - The actual employees are great to work with - Competitive salary + benefits

      Cons

      - C-suite is awful. The company is clearly struggling and they have no idea how to fix it so wave after wave of layoffs. Hard for anyone to stay motivated in an environment like that. - NOT a "people-first" company as they like to claim, not that anyone really believed that anyway. - Canadian teams shrinking as the Indian team grows, extreme cost-cutting measures, would be wary of joining if you're based in Canada.

Great PTO Fully remote workplace Friendly people who genuinely care

      Cons

Loopio used to prioritize people, but now many are feeling burnt out. People are resigning all the time, which is a clear sign of deeper issues within the company. Leadership is disconnected. There’s no clear direction or alignment, which has been frustrating. Compensation increases have been ridiculous, and benefits were severely cut.

I appreciate the time you took to share your feedback. Firstly, we take your feedback regarding burnout very seriously. This is why it is important that we continue to provide comprehensive health benefits starting on day 1 of employment (including mental health benefits) and 6 weeks of PTO to allow Loopers the time and opportunity to recharge and take care of themselves. If this is something that is affecting your personally, I encourage you to connect with your People Partner or Manager for additional support if needed. I am sorry to hear that you feel like our leadership is not aligned. We have hired a CPO and CRO this year to drive a lot more cross functional alignment across our teams. We have also placed a lot of focus on aligning our initiatives and investments around core business objectives, and I am proud of the cross functional alignment we have driven through this work. I acknowledge we have gone through a lot of change with the shift in our market, and I know that has not been easy on Loopers. I will continue to do my best to keep leadership and the wider organization aligned. As per your feedback, we will continue to lean in to our feedback mechanisms (e.g. Engagement/Pulse surveys, AMAs) to listen to our team, and make the necessary changes. If you have any other suggestions on addressing root causes, we are always happy to hear them. Thank you again for your feedback. I would be happy to have an open dialogue if you would like to discuss any of these topics in more detail. -Zak
