      Pros

PTO, work from home and standard perks

      Cons

Avoid if you can. Why? Employment is unstable at Loopio. Executives constantly blame the employees for the troubles of the company and make them work long hours. C level leaders have no responsibilities, but occupy their time with blaming and letting go others. Concerns with product direction, disorganization in product and engineering, low morale and constant blaming have been raise many times. High turnover among employees.

Another layoff. The C suite is struggling and is reacting without understanding the real problems. The Chief Product Officer is not able to produce a clear and successful product vision. A lot of hard work, but no results and the company is doomed.

Persistent Issues Ignored by Leadership – No Real Change in Sight

      Anonymous employee

      CEO approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

      Generous PTO and remote work

      Cons

There’s a consistent pattern here of issues being raised by employees and nothing ever being done to address them. It’s frustrating and disheartening to see the same problems — lack of accountability, poor communication, and a serious disconnect at the top — continually swept under the rug. The reality is, the CEO seems completely uninterested in addressing the root causes. Leadership at the highest level feels more like a performance than a strategy — all talk, no real action, and certainly no concern for the people doing the actual work. Morale and culture suffer as a result. The only leader who seems to truly understand the importance of culture and care about the people is the CRO. Without their influence, things would likely feel even more disconnected. Unfortunately, one person can only do so much when the rest of the leadership doesn’t seem to care. If you're looking for a place where concerns are heard but never acted on, and where top leadership is out of touch, this might be it.
