What are perks and other benefits like at Love, Bonito?

Was in an all-women team, good pay and benefits for an internship. Company culture is top tier (hello PraisePal!) This internship felt like a full-time job in the best way possible because it set me up very well for my full-time job now.

Team felt a bit understaffed but the overall culture of stepping up for each other made up for it.

Flexible (?) schedule New working friends

Staff uniform benefits are bad, changed to be fixed selection by employer. Office politics. Too many temporary staff, too little working part/full timers.

staff discount was the main benefit

so MANY. - management is so very BAD. last minute changes which hinders a lot of work, be it pending or have been completed prior to deadline - workload is crazy for just one person to handle. it will increase the more you stay and they will push you past your limit without anything to give in return - pay is not worth it. it’s so low in comparison to the workload they’re giving you - benefit is bare minimum. for interns, the only benefit you get is staff price. there’s no OT (even though you have to OT sometimes during peak season) - worst thing is: there’s no guarantee for your career. the company is just a cheapskate company who wants to expand their business but minimize their workers. turnover rate here is high thanks to the management

long standing hours and pay is ok. sometimes over hire and end up cutting shift. stingy with benefits too
