How was the interview at Lumana?

Lumana has been a great place to work as an SDR. The product is genuinely interesting and solves real problems, which makes selling it easier. The interview process was straightforward and transparent. Leadership is approachable and supportive, and the sales team is collaborative and easy to work with. Training is solid, expectations are clear, and there are real opportunities to grow if you put in the work. Overall, it’s a really good place to work with a positive culture.

Processes are still evolving as the company grows, which also gives you the chance to help shape and build them.

The Lumana team was extremely professional and timely throughout every process of the interview/hiring process. Next steps were always clear defined and communication was always on point. The Lumana team made sure the process felt human and personal and that you just not another cog in the machine.

The process sometimes felt to fast which is a problem I can 100 percent live with.
