What are perks and other benefits like at MNP?

It can require long days in busy season

The interviewers were easygoing and made me feel comfortable at the job interview (as comfortable as a job interview can be). They really made me *want* to join the company, instead of just needing the job out of necessity. I got hired and the onboarding process was extensive and very exciting. I really feel like I'm starting a whole new chapter and can see a future with this company. Day one was very exciting, the team even took me out for a nice lunch which was really fun! I'm so impressed with the company culture and all the perks and benefits.

If I absolutely have to list a con, its the AC! It's too cold for me!

- Everyone is so supportive of each other and I find lots of positivity in the workplace - The benefits are more than fair - There are lots of learning opportunities outside of the office workplace (i.e. SSP) - The office seems to take part in lots of team building events which I find super cool

I can't think of any cons to working at MNP.

Great administrative team, supportive, collaborative and welcoming. Hybrid, nice office, great benefits and social activities, lighter workloads during off-season.

Belligerent and arrogant attitudes among certain partners, excessive workload during busy season, unrealistic deadlines and expectations. Extremely underappreciated administrative staff. Most inefficient IT department I've encountered and HR is not very people-centric, Poor employee retention.

Company cares about employees and benefits were generally good

Probably salary wasn't high enough for such a big/relatively expensive city

Great colleagues and competitive benefits

The partners there are worse than you could ever imagine. The work culture is extremely toxic and people leave within months. And the HR isn't doing anything about it.

Management is implicated, good benefits, extremely fast growth
