What is the salary like at MNP?

Awesome team, decent pay, and benefits, banked overtime

It can require long days in busy season

Approaching my 3rd year milestone It’s still good, truly Great balance, great pay, and really great people

Externally there is still some odd stigma that it “isn’t a BIG4”…but isn’t that a good thing that they have their own identity?

The people are awesome, inclusive work culture, good benefits

Very low pay, training is messy, not a lot of streamlined processes, not enough work on a frequent basis, timesheet tracking every minute of the day (no one is productive for 8 straight hours)

Pay was competitive among the accounting firms, summer friday off and allowed banked hour is such big perk.

Long hour during busy season.

Flexible hours and there's cake day at the office every month. They also expense your transportation if you need to go to the office

Lack in company culture, lack in management, lack in training

Networking with other accounting professionals

Extremely toxic culture, poor pay

Good pay and systems…if we lived in the 1950s

Very poor pay, you are treated like a number and when your employment is terminated you are treated like a criminal. Outdated systems and methodology and greedy partners. The culture took a turn for the worse with new leadership in 2023

-staff pay is good -lot of socials

-long hours -staff quality is meh -partners seem a bit out of touch

You can learn a lot if they like you

Horrible pay, horrible management, politics and corporate environment mean you will not get promoted easily, they will still let you do the work of managers and other senior people though
