I never leave reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others. This company presents itself as a forward-thinking, people-first organization, but the reality couldn’t be further from the truth.
Management is completely disconnected from the day-to-day challenges employees face. Senior leaders regularly speak to staff with condescension and disrespect, creating a culture of fear rather than support.
The team I worked with was deeply unmotivated, and it’s easy to see why—no collaboration, and no genuine leadership. The overall vibe was negative and draining.
Manager either didn't turn up or rescheduled nearly every bi weekly check in call. Everyone joked about how uncontactable she was behind her back but once there was important people on a call she would chime in and pretend that she knew exactly what was going on in the team and spoke over me in calls to make me feel small. I was never made to feel welcome when I joined and I truly never felt so disconnected in a workplace before.
Since the first day of working here I felt off and it continually got worse. They throw money around like it's going out of fashion if only they spent more time hiring the right people and listening to staff.
The day I handed in my notice was the best decision I made, no amount of money in the world could make me go back to that place!
