What are perks and other benefits like at Mad City Windows & Baths?

Mad City has always paid me for the work and effort that I have put in. I have explored other companies doing the same thing and I never got paid or treated as well as I did at Mad City and always found myself back here. They have expanded fast and there's a lot of opportunity to grow within if you are consistent and self-motivated they will give everyone an opportunity. I've seen people get promoted within 6 months to manage their own branch, if you are looking for a company to grow with that recognizes the effort you put in this is the company to work for- coming from someone that has worked for other smaller companies an didn't get paid for the effort I put in, they offer great benefits and different incentives.

Over the years of being at Mad City things have only gone up! No complaints.

good benefits, pay is decent

this company is so far removed from the new offices they are opening that they don't see how you run your office. If they don't like something you do there is no coaching just a write up and then termination.

I’ve never willingly stayed at a job this long. Mad City is a solid employer and provides good benefits and an excellent work-life balance, which sets them apart from any of my previous employers. They’re very accommodating and provide excellent job security, which is honestly a weight off my shoulders, and in this day and age, it’s hard to find a job where I don’t dread coming into work every day. I’m very pleased with my experience here.

None that I can think of right now. Mad City truly does do their best to listen to their employees when there are any grievances.

Mad city has a positive approach to hard work and it shows with the fun incentives for hitting monthly, yearly benchmarks! New people and places to engage with everyday. Lots of good benefits. Managers are fun to work with, positive and very helpful. Easy to work your way up in the company.

Strict schedules and policies at times

The best reasons for working at Mad City is that they are ever expanding and always looking to bring on new areas and more jobs to help the company grow. Their pay structure is top notch in the construction business and benefits to match.

There is very few issues with this company. It may have bad reviews on google, but that does not match the companies structure and the way they do business. The only downside I see is winters can become slow - but that is all construction during the winter time.

This is a company that always is innovating and ever expanding to make the most out of their situation for their employees. They have a stellar on boarding process that gets the right people into the right seats, and ensures they last with proper recruiting techniques. They install a quality product that is backed by their manufactures and lifetime warranty. It's a company that will make you want to grow inside it, and get the best you can out of it's offerings. You get out what you put it with them, and they reward that effort generously with quality pay, bonuses, and benefits that out-match most of the construction market.

The only con or negative I can think of is how information is disseminated. If they had a better flow of how that information moves from the top down, more people could see the whole picture and it would instill more of a working culture to the standard employee.
