Pay is ridiculously low, especially for a position like this where employees suffer mental harm on a daily basis while working here. A reasonable payment would have made it more reasonable to request high level English proficiency. Although they stated they would examine all English proficiency levels on the application page the test they offered was absurd. I've never taken an exam like that before and even though my English is only b2 to c1, I found it quite difficult to focus on it. however, even though i believed i passed the test by at least 50% they rejected my application at the end.
