The epitome of a toxic workplace

      Anonymous employee
      Former employee
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

Office is close to the tube. A few very bright and kind team members, but they were a minority.

      Cons

Founders are aggressive and rule with fear to mask their inexperience. This has created a blame culture where particularly insecure people are desperate to please them and willing to do almost anything to achieve this including throwing colleagues under the bus. The atmosphere is stressful, disordered and hostile. Good work isn't valued because lack of experience means they don't recognise it or understand it.

      Cons

Sometimes tight deadlines can be stressful. Data can be messy, requiring patience and persistence. Requires proactive communication with multiple teams to stay aligned.
