      Competetive market rate salaries and benefits - HR on boarding is proficient - Signs of Organisational Corporate Social Responsibility

      Cons

      Disapointing, and toxic sub-cultures enabled by low-quality, and I'll equipped programme and engineering managers. Rolling employee attrition, leading to diluted process knowledge and inconsistent awareness of responsibilities. Extremely poor operational control, business process management and management of fundamental business attributes, e.g. inventory values, inventory rotation etc. Also, missing operational processes and resources to be effective!
