Benefits package is pretty good and there are a lot of employee networks to get involved with.
Cons
The pay for this role is very low for the amount of work expected. The management micro manages our teams. Our management will ask for our feedback but consistently does not implement any change based on our feedback. 4 days in office required while most firms are only 3 and management checks to make sure employees badges are scanned. When issues about work stress and work/life balance issues are brought up there is little empathy from management.
