Pros
- flexibility with WFH and being able to work in the office too - lots of social activities going on which makes it fun and brings the departments together - great CS team with lots of opportunity to put ideas into play - giving you a sense of belonging - lots of opportunities to grow and learn in other areas you may not be familiar with which help you see the bigger picture of the business - really hard working team who are team players willing to support each other - management like to get involved in the day to day which helps them understand the day to day of an agent - no gap between management and being an agent - seems like we are all on the same team which is how it should be - customer service can be challenging in any business but it really is about how the business and the team support one-another - I’ve always felt supported here - trust in staff to do the right thing and make decisions - health and well being budget alongside learning and development budget

- can be challenging, fast pace (customer service in a nutshell) but you can run with it easily due to supportive and understanding management
