Company is on a growth mindset, and losing track of keeping the talent they have. Not sure whether concerns would actually get a hearing or response from key leadership.

Wonderful hard working co-workers, passionate about hospice and patients, great benefits for employees. A good culture developed by the branch teams. Extensive training when brought on.

High turnover especially for RNs, CNAs, and Administrators. Scheduling is a nightmare. You have great flexibility for your schedule but the schedulers work on their own time and make a lot of mistakes. Administrators don’t get back to you in a timely manner for your needs. Too high of caseloads for CNAs and RNs.

Great resources and competitive pay. Supportive management. Nice benefits package and Moments insurance plan. I would highly recommend them as an employer
