Chaotic leadership, constant layoffs, and zero stability

      Pros

None. I strongly discourage joining this company.

      Cons

Dysfunctional Leadership Leadership operates without a clear product vision or strategy. Decisions change frequently, priorities are constantly reversed, and teams are left rebuilding the same work repeatedly. There is little accountability for poor planning, yet employees bear the consequences. Chaotic Work Environment Deadlines are unrealistic, requirements shift mid-execution, and pressure is constant. This is not a fast-moving high-performance culture — it is disorganized firefighting caused by weak direction at the top. Lack of Respect for Employees Employee feedback is performative. “Candor” is advertised as a value but ignored in practice. Concerns are dismissed, and employees are told to align with management even when leadership itself lacks clarity. People feel disposable, not valued. Job Insecurity and Layoff Culture Abrupt terminations and mass layoffs are common. Entire teams have been cut without warning. Recent layoffs were justified with vague “performance” claims despite shifting expectations and unclear goals. This creates a constant culture of fear and instability. Broken Engineering Process Developers are forced into endless cycles of building, scrapping, and rebuilding due to leadership indecision. Products rarely reach market readiness. Code quality suffers because there is never time to stabilize or fix technical debt before new directions arrive. Declining Compensation and Morale Salaries have been reduced while expectations continue to rise. There is no serious investment in sustainable culture, retention, or career growth. Morale is low and attrition is high for good reason.
