Pros
I absolutely love working here! The work culture is incredibly supportive. Our Directors are fantastic leaders, always encouraging and appreciative and they work for the company in a war footing manner more than the employees . The increment system is tremendously good if you work your best in your best ways plus you get benefits like annual bonuses, healthcare benefits etc. The parties add a fun touch, elevating team spirit. Plus, who doesn't love the perk of receiving free Nestasia products after parties? No dress code. The work is not monotonous which makes working here more enjoyable and fruitful in terms of upgrading skill sets. Overall, it's a fantastic place to work, and I feel fortunate to be part of such a great team who works really honestly for the organisation.
Cons
Being in creative department during the campaign times the work is needed immediately sometimes to maintain the deadline. Resulting in stretched/flexible work hours/days, but do not happen everyday. So we get compensatory offs for it!
