Good place if you want to grow, the appraisal process is so transparent and I did not have to wait forever.

      Pros

To be perfectly honest: 1. You get paid right on the 1st of every month. 2. There’s no strict dress code—you can rock your casual look all day. 3. And if you’re lucky enough to stick around, you might even enjoy an occasional snack-packed launch party. That’s pretty much it, buddy! Don’t settle for just this; you deserve way more!

      Cons

Well, well, well—here’s the hilarious reality check: 1. No matter if you have 4, 5, 6, or even 7 years of experience, you'll still be reporting to fresh-faced newbies. Yes, the rookies are calling the shots! 2. Our hiring team seems to have a knack for placing you in a team that might not even match your skill set. 3. The management creates a constant false sense of urgency, yet real exposure is nowhere to be found. 4. Work-life balance? Apparently, that's a foreign concept here. 5. The HR team believes their hiring and firing policy is foolproof—spoiler alert: it’s not. 6. Management treats the company like a school, setting up strict rules as if they’re the headmasters. 7. HR Policy: Submit your resignation, and you're on the hook for a 60-day notice; get fired, and it’s immediate—no warning, no PIP, nothing. 8. You’re not allowed to make any decisions on your own work; management sees that as a personal affront. 9. Micromanagement isn’t optional—it's the unspoken rule, enforced with a drill sergeant’s precision. 10. And just when you think you’re settling in, within 3 months—or even as soon as 15-30 days—they might let you go under the guise of “performance issues.” There’s a lot more, but I won’t waste your time (or mine) with every detail, especially since the company seems to be equally short on time for its employees!
