What are perks and other benefits like at North Spore?

great coworkers- seriously the most wonderful group of people you've ever met. Decent pay for a warehouse job, seems like things improve year over year as now we have health insurance and benefits

communication can be bad at times. warehouse work can be monotonous

From my experience North Spore has been extremely accepting in all regards. Caring for the work force and giving back when its possible. Work life balance is great and management is keen on understanding mental health days and life's commitments. Benefits are great. Plenty of opportunities to explore the mycological world. Management has been extremely transparent when prompted but not always the because with being forth coming. Its more of an ask and you shall receive environment.

Some of the great things like it being a growing company do have their drawbacks. Constant changes in process can be tiresome for some.
