There is absolutely no respect for employees here. I felt severely undervalued and undercompensated considering the extent of my responsibilities. When grievances were raised with upper management, their response was essentially "the door is open, you can leave if you wish" disregarding any concerns. The lack of work/life balance was evident, with a mere one week of PTO after a year of work. Cubicles are intentionally faced away from all windows, which created the most depressing environment. To add insult to injury, adjacent to the cubicles were expansive offices, exclusively reserved for O’Brien's hottest garbage.
