Poor and toxic management and a problematic Team Manager characterize the work environment. The company doesn't pay our government benefits but they deduct it from every paycheck and numerous cases have been reported to the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) regarding this issue. I also had difficulty claiming my maternity benefits from them, and I found out at that time that my Pag-IBIG benefits were not being properly remitted, even though they deducted it from my salary every month.
