As with all high growth companies, this growth can sometimes outpace the ability to hire new resources. However, the company seems committed to attracting and hiring top talent to support the growth.

Best in class colleagues, comprehensive benefits, balanced work/life schedule, fun & challenging opportunities. Management is supportive of team needs and displays empathy towards all of life's experiences that the team has both in and out of work. Able to work autonomously without micromanagement. Leadership is receptive to feedback and eager to do better for the team, as well as customers.

Changes in the organization from 1.5 years ago have been hard for some of the team and the ripples of those changes are still felt. The waters are steadying now - hopefully the team can shift focus towards all the exciting opportunities that lie ahead. Change is hard and it can also be a good thing.

Company is in growth mode, lots of opportunity to make an impact quickly. Global culture supports excellent remote work with good blend of in-office opportunities. Small enough that my individual impact is super noticeable, but growing big enough to get the benefit of learning and growth.
