      Pros

The offer letter seemed enticing however the onboarding process was a dead end and time consuming.

      Cons

No payment was rendered for time spent. The testing phase was lengthy and ended obruptly stating that there was no position available at this time. Additionally the insistence of my personal camera to observe me felt like an invasion of privacy.

      Pros

Sorry, I can't think of any positives, as the management is so poor that I decided to delete my account before even starting.

      Cons

The compensation is not appealing, and what’s worse is the lengthy recruitment process for each project. I've received numerous emails asking me to watch videos, take tests, then watch more videos and take additional tests. It feels like an endless cycle of testing and video-watching with no real projects being offered. The volume of emails and appointments for a single project makes it seem like a scam.

      As usual, middle management

      Pros

The system is easy to understand. Your onboarding process will be easy to understand as well. It's new but doable.

      Cons

The onboarding and management team are very prejudiced and if you do not move fast like they think you should, they will take away the project. There is no real way to communicate without channels. The have trust levels you earn. This is a good idea, but this company was made by people who are snobby cocky privileged souls who don't know what it is to truly grind it out. They have money so they bounce from one venture to another. The staff carries the same air.
