The HR hiring process was also fast and efficient, which made my onboarding seamless. What truly stands out about this company is how much they care for their employees. From day one, I felt valued, not just in terms of the excellent service we provide to clients but also through the benefits and support extended to us. Having HMO coverage from the start, including one dependent, is a huge plus. The help desk team is incredibly efficient, ensuring smooth operations and quick resolutions to any concerns. It was also a great experience meeting the CEO and fellow new hires, which made me feel even more welcomed. Even though I’ve only been here for a month, I already feel the warmth of being part of such a supportive and engaging company culture.       I started my career at Outsourced Philippines in 2021. Before joining a US maintenance company as a full-time CSR last year, I started my career at Outsourced as a consultant for an intelligence agency in the UK. I understand most of you have the same question I had before "Why Outsourced?" Here are three reasons why I enjoy my job and why you should think about working at Outsourced Philippines (1) - employees are given so much help from application until your probation and regularization period. (2) - employees here are well managed by their respective leaders since we have designated teams for each employee and their clients. You can collaborate closely with both your clients and your team leader. (3) - employees are provided with so many benefits and Outsourced consistently ensures that work-life balance is achieved. Outsourced walk the talk. These are just some of the reasons why I think working with Outsourced is fun and worthwhile. I'm confident you can add more reasons once you start joining the Outsourced family :)

      One of the advantages of working at this company is that the HR team is very accommodating when it comes to compliance, onboarding, regularization, and more. Payroll is processed early and always on time. There are plenty of incentives and benefits for employees, which is why many have stayed with the company long-term.
