      Pros

Coming from someone used to be working on a freelance lifestyle, It had been a while since I joined a company, and I was cautious about finding the right fit. then here comes Outsourced. The onboarding team made me feel ready from day one, and my senior and manager did a great job guiding me through the brand guidelines and processes. Pros: - Australian company. (yes you know it, they value output and have great work ethics) - Great logo and branding - There is Growth here - Competitive salary ( literally ) - CEO cares a lot (it's giving father vibe) - Great experiences with team building and other activities - Output wise they will always acknowledge you - We have Outsourced University, where we can develop new skills and make the most of our knowledge. - Great experience for a company - Got cute pantry places in different offices - Leaders are aware with the well being of their members (I really appreciate it) - I work from home, but when I visit the office, I always notice how neat and well groomed my colleagues are. (this matters to me because showing professionalism on physical aspect is also important) The work life balance quote is actually there. I just need to master more time management and balance my workloads.

      Cons

Alright here are some of the cons I observed so far, - I wish there's cereal on our pantry or candies - Having per team engagement would be good with fostering trust and better connection among colleagues than as whole since it's a big company. - Some processes could be streamlined to make workflows more efficient. - Certain tools or resources are ok but can be upgraded to improve more productivity. No workplace is perfect. Every company has pros and cons, toxicity, politics will always be there, but Outsourced has created an environment where I can see myself staying for a long time. I have a lot of work actually sometimes I hit my deadlines but I am really enjoying the process. that feeling of being productive at the same time working with growth, I enjoy it. I am still adapting and that's ok. I look forward to developing my skills further so I can contribute more here.

      Pros

I have no regrets in applying for Outsourced. The company is very compliant when it comes to labor standard benefits such as Holiday Pay, 13th Month Pay, Night Differential Pay, Leaves, etc. My parents' favorite benefit I get is the free HMO, where I added them as my dependents. Usually you'll get 1 free dependent and Maximum Benefit Limit increases as you increase your stay in the company. Bonuses, incentives and salary increases will highly depend on the Client you will be assigned to. The company was able to provide me good US-based client. I'm receiving a pay more than the local standard pay for my job. I also get the right work-life balance as the workload is justifiable. Very lucky with my Client/Supervisor as they adjusted my salary in less than a year working for them. Another best thing is that my work is 100% work from home. They will provide you with internet allowance, laptop, etc. Outsourced Admin is also very approachable online whenever you have concerns. They also organize annual End of Year Party, Summer Outings, Halloween Parties, KTV Nights, Movie Nights, Sportsfest, and other in-person / virtual gatherings. The company has a University Portal where you can learn different skills like Public Speaking, AI technology, or Financial Wellness. The company ensures that they listen to the employees and always aim for continuous improvement. Overall, I must say that applying for Outsourced has been my best career decision!

      Cons

It will be difficult to find another company like Outsourced.

      Pros

Outsourced has a truly supportive and collaborative culture that makes coming to work a positive experience. The company fosters an environment where teamwork and open communication are encouraged, and colleagues are always approachable and willing to help. The work environment is professional yet relaxed, allowing employees to be productive without feeling overwhelmed. Management is supportive, listens to feedback, and provides guidance when needed, which makes a huge difference in day-to-day work. One of the biggest advantages of working at Outsourced is the emphasis on work-life balance. The company understands the importance of employee well-being and provides flexible work arrangements, allowing for a healthy balance between professional and personal life. Additionally, there are great opportunities for learning and growth, whether through mentorship, training, or exposure to new challenges that help employees develop professionally. Leadership at Outsourced is another strong point. Managers and team leads are approachable and genuinely care about the development and overall work experience of their team members. The team-oriented atmosphere also stands out—working with talented and friendly colleagues makes the job not only fulfilling but also enjoyable. It’s a workplace where employees feel valued and motivated to do their best.

      Cons

One area that could still improve is the benefits package but the company has been actively addressing this, showing that they value employee feedback and well-being.

      Pros

Outsourced Philippines stands out as one of the top outsourcing companies in the country, and for good reason. From its competitive compensation packages to its collaborative work culture, there are numerous advantages to choosing a career with this dynamic organization. One of the most significant reasons to work at Outsourced Philippines is the competitive salary and benefits offered to its employees. The company ensures that its team is fairly compensated for their skills and hard work. In addition to attractive pay, employees enjoy various benefits, such as health insurance, bonuses, and other perks that make their overall experience more rewarding. These incentives are a testament to the company’s commitment to employee satisfaction and well-being. Moreover, career growth and development are core principles at Outsourced Philippines. Employees are encouraged to continue learning and advancing in their careers. The company provides a variety of training programs and workshops to help employees improve their skills and stay updated with the latest trends in their respective fields. With a focus on professional development, Outsourced Philippines offers ample opportunities for those looking to move up the ladder and achieve long-term career success. Work-life balance is another compelling reason to work at Outsourced Philippines. The company understands the importance of maintaining a healthy balance between work and personal life, especially in the fast-paced world of outsourcing. As a result, they offer flexible working hours and remote work options, allowing employees to manage their time effectively and reduce stress. This level of flexibility makes it easier for employees to attend to personal commitments without compromising their professional responsibilities. In addition to work-life balance, Outsourced Philippines offers employees the chance to work with global clients from various industries. This international exposure provides valuable experience, enhancing employees’ professional portfolios and broadening their horizons. The opportunity to collaborate with clients from diverse backgrounds and businesses enables workers to gain unique insights and skills that are highly sought after in today’s global job market. The culture at Outsourced Philippines is also worth highlighting. The company fosters a collaborative and supportive work environment where teamwork and mutual respect are prioritized. Employees are encouraged to share ideas, work together on projects, and support one another in achieving common goals. This positive culture not only makes for a pleasant work atmosphere but also contributes to the overall success of the organization. Furthermore, the company equips its employees with cutting-edge technology and tools, enabling them to perform their jobs efficiently and stay ahead in their fields. Working with the latest technology not only improves productivity but also allows employees to develop technical skills that are crucial in today’s tech-driven world. Another noteworthy aspect of working at Outsourced Philippines is the company’s commitment to diversity and inclusion. The organization embraces people from various backgrounds and walks of life, making it an ideal place for individuals who value a diverse and inclusive workplace. Employees from different cultures and experiences come together to create a dynamic and innovative team that thrives on collaboration and mutual respect. Employee recognition is also a key feature at Outsourced Philippines. The company values the hard work and dedication of its employees, frequently acknowledging their achievements through various forms of recognition and rewards. This focus on recognition helps boost morale, improve job satisfaction, and foster a sense of pride in one’s work. Finally, Outsourced Philippines offers stability and a solid reputation as one of the leading outsourcing companies in the country. The organization’s longstanding presence in the industry provides employees with a sense of job security and the assurance that they are part of a reputable and reliable company. Whether you're looking for stability, global exposure, or opportunities for growth, Outsourced Philippines stands out as a top choice for those seeking to build a fulfilling career.

      Cons

While Outsourced Philippines offers a diverse and inclusive culture, some employees may still encounter cultural challenges when working with a team made up of people from various backgrounds. Differences in communication styles, work ethics, and expectations can occasionally lead to misunderstandings. While the company works hard to foster an inclusive environment, navigating these cultural differences can still be a challenge for those who are not accustomed to working in a multicultural setting. Lastly, despite the attractive benefits package, the cost of living in major metropolitan areas like Metro Manila can sometimes offset the financial advantages of working at Outsourced Philippines. While the company offers competitive salaries within the outsourcing industry, employees may still find that the high cost of living in urban areas can make it difficult to save or enjoy discretionary spending, particularly for those living on entry-level salaries. In conclusion, while Outsourced Philippines offers many benefits, including competitive compensation, career development opportunities, and a collaborative work culture, it is not without its challenges. Employees may experience stress from the high-pressure, fast-paced environment, limited opportunities for advancement, and occasional communication issues. Additionally, the demands of the job can sometimes infringe on personal time, making it difficult for some to achieve a clear work-life balance. As with any job, it’s important for potential employees to weigh these downsides alongside the benefits to determine if Outsourced Philippines is the right fit for them.

      Pros

From the hiring process 'til being hired with Outsourced was truly exceptional! Process was fast and direct to the point. I was only interviewed once and then the client interview right away, then started a week after :) Offer is good, and I got an extra P15,000 sign in bonus!! :) Management is awesome, IT's are very helpful. There was once a time my company issued laptop had malfunctions and had to be replaced and they issued me a new one in just a day! Truly Outsourced offers a work-life balance environment. Now working as a permanent work from home agent is a game-changer. PS: Outsourced Year End Parties are super duper fun! :)

      Cons

Somehow, being a PWFH agent is a con, since I don't get to meet these exceptional people on a daily basis but get to meet them every Y.E.P! Aside from that, none.
