great benefits for managers even if base pay is lower, the bonus/allowances make up the difference. has longevity pay, sl/vl premium allowance, 13th to 15th month (mid year bonus included here) and incentive bonuses too
Cons
for a tech company preparing for innovation and any possible disruption, it needs to level up its culture too. it's a wannabe silicon valley company thinking it is similar to the likes of Google or other companies but the processes, the red tapes, the padrino culture, the bureaucracy, the culture itself is miles away from an innovative company. The company itself likes awards and signs up at any award-winning bodies to get the recognition but sadly, it doesn't really reflect deep down sa culture and processes. The Customer Experience alone is frustrating for me as a customer --- and I am already an employee
