What is health insurance like at PetSuites?

Easy work, you get to be around dogs all day, good coworkers. Full time benefits include health insurance, vision, dental, etc.

Sometimes dog fights can be stressful. The nature of the job is pretty gross when having to deal with poop and stuff. Pay is not the best but definitely not the worst.

The health benefit options were nice. PTO offerings were average.

Senior Leadership was passive-aggressive. Would spy on associates through cameras and publicity shame with screenshots on chats. Culture is very superficial, preaching servant leadership during training that did not carry through to real life. Payroll model designed for burnout and high turnover, often putting pets and people in unsafe situations due to lack of labor allowance. Sales were top priority over safety.
