Pros
Good benefits for your own pets (14 free nights of boarding-per pet, free daycare, 50% off boarding/daycare, 20% off training/grooming/retail)
Working for a veterinary conglomerate gives you an advantage on whats going on in the vet field like medicines, vaccines, illnesses, etc
Working one-on-one with dogs is so fulfilling and helps when the work days are hectic
Cons
Base Pay is ridiculously LOW, like not a liveable wage low, especially for the amount of work they expect you to do.
Its SO loud, everyday. You kinda learn to tune it out but some pets really strike a nerve.
Youre cleaning up a LOT of urine and feces daily, all day.
Dog Bites do happen even when your careful. Dogs are in a high stress environment and it makes them a little on edge. Same with cats, injuries can and will happen.
Management can be very hands off when it comes to daily operations of the resort.
