Pros
Good discount at 50% off 10 apparel items as well as 70% off one set for yourself to be worn at work. Co-workers are friendly, each day is different and that can sometimes be fun. If you're looking to work here casually or even as a part timer I think it's okay. If you go PIC they will expect a lot from you, though it will guarantee more shifts when SM or ASM can't work.
Cons
I took over as a temp ASM and I was provided no training but spoken down to when I didn't know things. RM's don't check in on you when you are clearly struggling, VM's will yell at you for not completing tasks in seconds despite having other things to do as well. They turn a blind eye to bullying and will apparently let it slide when a manager engages in a relationship with a staff member which disrupts the entire workspace. Unrealistic expectations of what can be achieved in a day. Customers will also yell at you or talk down to you despite you following company policy and so they will complain and RM will tell you to do something that goes against the policy making it confusing. If you work PIC or any other SM or ASM role you will be harassed with text messages every day by RMs, VMs and co-workers/employees even if its your day off. RMs and VMS will make store changes even if it makes daily work flow less functional because they only care about the opinions of upper management.
