You will not get any off day even on national holidays, you will not get time for your family
You will get special calls to work on Sunday or any national holidays specially, even the higher management will force our managers to force us for work on holidays
You will not get full travelling conveyance, they will cut atleast 20-30% from our conveyance when we ask them why did you cut they say it's company policy
They will hire you from the 3rd party company and you will not get any benefits, you will not get bonus and many things..
They waste money on useless things like they have a full team to check our reports but they don't have money for the hike, I only got the 1 hike of 1500rs in 3 yrs..
