- The people here are awesome to work with. - Zero politics or BS. I haven't seen an environment so free from politics like this before. - The market we address has a lot of opportunities which are going under served. Lots of addressable problems that customers need solutions for! $$$ - Just moved into a new office and it's beautiful! - Good opportunities to take ownership and make an impact.

- Could do with more resources in prod dev so we can move faster. - There is a lot of change at the moment, which while temporary, may be challenging for some people.

It’s fast-paced so things move quickly, and it can be intense at times. You sometimes stretched – Like a lot of scale-ups, there’s always more we want to do than we actually have time for. Priorities shift a lot, so you’ve got to be adaptable and roll with it. Still maturing in some areas – Processes and structure are evolving, so you have to be comfortable with a bit of ambiguity.

My tenure at Plexus was overall challenging yet rewarding! You can expect to work with like minded & ambitious sales professionals who operate with a team first mindset. This is a great role for an ambitious individual looking to refine & uplift their skill set. Leadership has a strong sales acumen & willing to get in the trenches to support both deals & overall development. This commitment to my success, including mentoring, has continued well after my tenure with the business concluded. High performers are rewarded with timely career progression opportunities. The company is willing to reflect & then self correct so when challenges do present themselves they are typically addressed promptly. Tight knit team that enjoys working with one another. Nothing out of ordinary for a fast paced scale up, such as fast onboarding, lean team sometimes making cross functional team support limited. Although I understand great strides have been made since I left.
