nowThank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that your time at Plexus did not meet your expectations. Feedback like this, while difficult to read, is important, and we take it seriously as we continuously work to improve the experience for our team.
We know that working in a scale up environment isn’t the right fit for everyone. That said, your feedback around support, leadership, and targets has been heard and acknowledged. We’ve made some meaningful changes across the sales team this year, including improved onboarding, clearer commission structures, and increased enablement. We’re continuing to listen and iterate.
We’d also like to respectfully address a couple of points directly. We invite our team members if they’d like to leave a review on Glassdoor- however, it is entirely optional. The intent is to invite honest, balanced feedback to ensure a range of experiences are visible and not just those shared after someone’s exit.
Regarding our CEO and CRO, both are deeply committed to Plexus’s success and who are actively working with the leadership team to drive clarity, strengthen communication and build a high-performing, values-led environment.
We understand this review reflects one experience, and we respect that. We’re equally grateful for the many current and former team members who’ve shared different perspectives and who continue to help shape our culture for the better.
