What are perks and other benefits like at Primoris Services Corporation?

Very good benefits and flexibility.

No cons, great company for sure.

Just completed my first week with Primoris and have loved it so far. Great people, chill and flexible work environment, decent pay and benefits, etc.

The work can be stressful.

Good pay, benefits, and per diem. lots of overtime

-Can’t think of any pros to this place

-poor pay for professionals yet GREAT pay if you’re in the “in crowd” -horrible management that is allowed to bully staff with no repercussions -not family friendly environment and will not budge on any accommodations -constant turn over because they can’t keep staff due to the leaders pushing them out -horrific benefits and communication from the benefits teams

Lots of opportunities for growth Benefits are competitive Many avenues are exploring innovative thinking Some awesome people across the company

Change Fatigue Management - Constant leadership change through acquisitions, hiring, and layoffs is exhausting. Leadership to the top is not authentic.
